At Bellaric Watches, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are significantly not as described.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your watch must be returned in the exact same condition it was received, including all original contents, packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. Items must remain unworn, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

Please note that worn or altered items are not eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your package back to us.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

All orders placed with Bellaric Watches are subject to review and acceptance. Orders only become final after confirmation from our team.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time from your bank or credit card provider. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
