At Bellaric Watches, every watch listed on our website is in stock and ready to ship. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment verification and approval from the payment provider or banking institution.

All domestic orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx Standard Overnight.

Order Verification

For security purposes, all orders may be subject to identity and payment verification prior to shipment.

Payment by Credit Card

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped only after the transaction has been approved and settled by the card issuer. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed for shipment on the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may require an additional business day for processing.

To help protect against fraud, all credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the card unless an alternate shipping address has been officially added to your account through your card issuer.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping timelines apply to business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

While we aim to process and ship orders promptly, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, items purchased together may ship separately.

Payment by Wire Transfer

Wire transfer orders will be shipped once funds are confirmed by our bank. Incoming wire confirmations received before 5:00 PM EST are generally processed the same business day.

Please note that we currently accept wire transfers only. ACH payments and other forms of electronic transfers are not accepted.

Product Availability & First-Come Basis

Our watches may also be listed on other sales platforms including Chrono24, eBay, Google Shopping, and social marketplaces. Although we make every effort to update inventory immediately after a sale, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

If an item is accidentally sold twice, priority will be given to the customer who completed their purchase first, and the second order will be cancelled with a full refund.

All purchases are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit options may be available to temporarily reserve a watch until full payment is completed.

PayPal & Google Checkout Orders

Orders placed through PayPal may only be shipped to the verified address linked to the PayPal account.

Orders paid through Google Checkout or similar payment processors will be shipped once payment approval has been received and confirmed.

International Orders

International shipping is available for an additional fee. For international purchases, payment by wire transfer is required.

• FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain U.S. territories.
• Domestic U.S. orders include free insured FedEx Standard Overnight shipping.
• Deliveries are made on business days only, Monday through Friday.
• FedEx is currently our exclusive shipping carrier for all website purchases.
